On the occasion of the International Day of Families celebrated on 15 May in Zagreb, a public forum on the topic “Protection of mental health of the family” was held under the patronage of Mayor of Zagreb Milan Bandić. The forum was organized in cooperation with the School of Nurses Mlinarska and Matica Hrvatske.
On behalf of the Child and Youth Protection Center of Zagreb spoke psychologist Renata Ćorić Špoljar, who talked about the importance of working with a complete family while working with children and youth as well as the need for intersectoral cooperation in treatment, not only during diagnostic and a treatment operation, but also through exchange of experience and training, with the aim of preventive actions in the field of mental health protection.
