Invitation to “Me Behind the Screen” workshops for children and young people at the Zagreb Child and Youth Protection Center on the occasion of the 13th Psychology Week in Croatia

As part of the 13th Psychology Week at the Zagreb Child and Youth Protection Center, a “Me Behind the Screen” workshops for children and young people about the safe use of the Internet, screens and generally modern technologies will be held on February 21, 2020. The workshops are designed to be of interest to young people, and our Center’s psychologists will take an interactive approach to discuss the topics of responsibility, opportunities, and the risks of using one of the most powerful tools today – the smartphone, as well as all other “smart” devices with Internet access. We would like to remind you that on February 19, 2020, at 6 pm the director of the Zagreb Child and Youth Protection Center, prof. Gordana Buljan Flander, PhD, will hold a lecture “My Child on the Other Side of the Screen” for parents, professionals, and others interested.

Workshops “I Behind the Screen” will be led by psychologists from the Zagreb Child and Youth Protection Center, Mia Roje Đapić, psychology MA and Ana Raguž, psychology MA The workshop for older elementary students (grades 5 to 8) will start at 4:30 pm, and for high school students at 6:30 pm.
